I’ve spent a decade in the games industry guiding acclaimed indie titles to success, including the award-winning Art of Rally, Golden Lap and Absolute Drift by adopting a human-centred approach, recognising that sustainable creative processes are the cornerstone of exceptional games.

These days I am a Founder and Co-Director of the expert production collective, MIDNIGHTERS, where we provide bespoke video game production and publishing support for developers and publishers who need an extra set of hands.
